 Punjab Board Exams Date Sheet 2021




Punjab Higher Education Department (PHED) conducted a meeting and decided to conduct board exams of intermediate and Matriculation. The committee reviewed all the circumstances and proposed some dates for examinations.

Taking account of the current situation, The committee decided to conduct intermediate exams from 26 June and matriculation exams from 14 July.

These are some proposed dates. According to Officials, it is reported that a final date sheet will be issued very soon. Hopefully, in the next 2 or 3 coming days, we are hoping to see a finalized date sheet from all across the Punjab boards.

 9th and 11th Students to be promoted


Recently, a few hours ago news spread all over social media that the federal minister of education has said that the board exams of 10th and 12th will be conducted but 9th and 11th classes will be exempted this year due to this pandemic and they will be promoted to next classes.


This news was published on some mainstream news channel and that why it got so much hype that people started to believe this. As time passed this news was becoming a hot topic so Federal Minister Shafqat Mehmood stepped in and cleared the matter. He used his Twitter handle and cleared all this ambiguity and said the news is totally fake. He has not said any words about that, don't believe in such rumors.

Students Demand Online Exams


Covid has cost a lot. Everyone is suffering from this pandemic. Due to the alarming rise, in covid cases, day by day students are really concerned about the policies of exams. Students from all over Pakistan are demanding online examination during this pandemic. They have used tweeter as their platform to let their voices heard. but the officials are still silent about this issue. They have made this number one trend in Pakistan for the past 3 days. 




According to students"Online exams are the best substitute during this pandemic as they and their family are at greater risk to exposure to this deadly virus during physical exams." They further said they don't want to risk their families' life due to such negligence of universities and government.

Students negated physical exams by saying" We attended online classes, now take online exams as well"







No response from high authorities has made students agitated and annoyed. They said, "Listen to our demands or well be protesting then" 
Doctors Wake Up Movement also tweeted on their handle about this sensitive issue and it clearly shows now student community is fully united and is ready to take their right.






Companion of PM Imran Khan, ShahzadYunus
have come forward in support of students. He said the demands of students are just and they should be fulfilled immediately. He conducted several polls on Twitter asking students' opinion about what they want, almost every poll resulted in online exams. Students are appreciating his concern and have thanked him.














Further adding to this, the Private medical student association also tweeted on their handle about online medical exams and informed the medical community to come forward and ask for medical online exams.

MDCAT 2020 new Aggregate formula.

 MDCAT is a highly competitive exam. There are almost around 1 lac students who appear in MDCAT and are hoping to get admission in medical colleges, but only a mere amount of this chunk (around 3600 students) is able to get into government medical colleges. So this test is a matter of life and death for the students especially those who are middle class and can't afford to get into private medical colleges. So students work day and night to be in the top 3600. But this year another fear is developing in Repeaters. As this year FSC exams weren't conducted and the students were promoted on the basis of part-I marks and repeaters were not allowed to go for improvement so there is an element of fear prevailing in them that is causing them mentally disturbed because if special exams are not conducted then their marks will be too low to compete for MDCAT. As a reaction of this students started social media campaigns and said they need a change in Admission aggregate formula. They want 70% MDCAT and 30% FSC. They think this is the only solution to compensate for this gap between repeaters and freshers. And this is true too. MDCAT is a test that challenges the concept and book reading of students. Increasing test percentage will provide equal opportunity to freshers and repeaters to secure their seats. Authorities have taken notice of this and we will be having a final decision in front of us soon. According to VC UHS, he said, "I am with repeaters and, will not let any injustice happen to them". This means he will do every possible step to facilitate the students but the final decision rests with PMDC. Let's hope for the good.

Don't Do these mistakes while preparing for MDCAT. 


MDCAT no doubt is a Competitive exam. But we as a student make some silly mistakes while preparing for the test, and those mistakes, in the end, cost us a lot. Those mistakes can stop you from getting into medical college. But once a student is cleared about the things which I have mentioned in the video, he is definitely not gonna have any issue preparing for his test. Just you need to focus on some points and you can be in your desired medical college. Now let me clear one more thing. The person who has faced or gone through some situation he is called experienced and experience matter a lot. There will be many people/teachers guiding you about the test but the guidance of an experienced person is matchless. So ask about the tips from the students who have gone through this phase. It will surely help. The point of making this video is I have experienced the problems during MDCAT. I have seen good toppers failing because of poor guidelines.
